FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Framingham man on Thursday July 15 for Newton Police.

Neither Framingham Police nor Newton Police said they could provide any details on the arrest.

Police arrested Sean Shaw, 39 of 45B Second Street of Framingham at 1:33 a.m.

Shaw was arraigned on July 15, 2021 in Newton District Court on the charges of assault and battery on a family or household member, according to the Middlesex County District Attorney’s office.

Judge Stephen Geary ordered the defendant to be released on personal recognizance with the conditions that he stay away and have no contact with the victim, said the DA’s office.

Shaw must wear a GPS monitoring bracelet and three times a week check-in with probation, said the DA’s office.

His next court date is September 14.
