FRAMINGHAM – Police are investigating a couple of smash & grab vehicle thefts at Shoppers World, that happened yesterday afternoon.

Two motor vehicles were broken into at the Framingham shopping center on July 13 between 2:30 and 3:30 p.m.

“In both incidents, a passenger side window was broken to gain access,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

“One person had credit cards and a few other belongings taken,” said Lt. Mickens.

The thefts happened near Pet Smart and HomeSense, according to the police log.

Police have no suspects at this time, said Lt. Mickens.

Anyone with any information is asked to call 508-872-1212.

Police also remind residents to not leave valuables in their vehicles, especially in plain sight. If you must leave valuables in a vehicle, lock them in the trunk.
