SOUTHBOROUGH – While many office tenants are downsizing, Barrett Family Wellness Center, has expanded their facility to 5,400 square feet and hired additional therapists to meet the growing need for pediatric therapy according to their broker, Marlene Aron, Senior Associate Broker at Metrowest Commercial Real Estate.

President of Barrett Family Wellness Center Nicole Nolan said “our 21-year-old family-owned business specializes in pediatric occupational and speech therapy. We are dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of children and their families which is why, even during COVID, we stayed fully operational to meet the needs of our clients.”

The Route 9 building at 333 Turnpike Road in Southborough “was our first choice due to a floor plan that was nearly perfect for our growing company,” said Nolan. “We needed many private offices, handicap accessibility and sufficient parking for our clients.  We were able to satisfy all the requirements at 333 Turnpike Rd. and the ownership could not have been more accommodating.”

Aron previously represented Barrett 11 years ago when they moved to 107 Otis Street in Northborough.

Aron specializes in Tenant Representation bringing 36 years of commercial real estate expertise to each assignment.

Garrett Quinn of SVN Parsons Commercial Group represented the Lessor, Southborough Business Center LLC and manager Amanda Blakeley.
