FRAMINGHAM – On June 5, just before 8 p.m. a man was struck in the head with a milk crate at the intersection of Route 135 and 126 in downtown Framingham, said Framingham Policed Sgt. Rachel Mickens.

The victim was transported to MetroWest Medical Center with a head laceration, said Sgt. Mickens.

The victim identified Samuel Delaney to Police, and he was arrested yesterday, June 10 at 9;30 a.m. in the same location when the assualt & battery took place, according to police.

Police arrested Delaney, 41, with no known address, at 430 Waverley Street. He was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
