FRAMINGHAM – A man, in his 20s, was transported to MetroWest Medical Center for injuries, after the the vehicle he was driving struck a telephone pole on Route 9 on Thursday, June 10 around 4:30 p.m., according to police spokesperson Sgt. Rachel Mickens.

The police report for the crash was not available on Friday, June 11.

Traffic was backed up on Route 9 east for more than 30 minutes on Thursday afternoon.

The crash happened at 752 Worcester Road in Framingham.
