FRAMINGHAM – The Friday night Framingham Parks & Recreation summer concert series will return in 2021.

“There will be a full line-up” said Framingham Superintendent of Recreation Elaine Prue to the Framingham Parks & Recreation Commission on Wednesday night.

The first concert will be Friday night, June 25.

The concerts will run through August 13, with a rain date of August 20.

They will take place at the Framingham Centre Common.

A lineup of the bands is expected to be released later this week, said Prue.

There will be no COVID restrictions for the Concerts on the Common.

Fridays from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. (July 23 to season end, start at 6:00 & end at 8:00 PM)

July 2 – Shades of Gray ( American Classics from the 18th, 19th and 20th century! )

July 9 – Beantown Buckaroos ( Western Swing and Country )

July 16 – XRB ( Rock and Soulful selections! ) 

July 23* – Barry & the Midnights ( A Great Jam Band, wear your tie-die! )

July 30* – Larry Bee & the Buzz ( Your Favorite 60’s Oldies! )

August 6* – TSP, the Tony Soul Project ( Hard Rocking Rock & Soul & Blues. )

August 13* – Rize ( Hard Rocking Classic Rock. ) 

August 20* – Rain Date
