Framingham Police Charge Hopkinton Man With OUI

FRAMINGHAM – A Hopkinton man was arrested on the off ramp of the Mass Pike and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol early Friday morning.

Framingham Police arrested Nicholas Lisciotto, 28, of 2 Daniel Shays Road at 1:13 a.m. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

“The arresting officer stopped to check on a disabled motor vehicle” on the off ramp of the Mass Pike to Route 9, said Framingham Police spokesperson Sgt. Rachel Mickens. “In speaking with the operator determined he was under the influence,” and placed him under arrest.
