HUDSON – During the pandemic, COVID nurse Taylor Polomarenko found Crunch Fitness as the place she could stay healthy and safe during a time of crisis.
Over the course of a year, Polomarenko, a Hudson resident, turned her workouts into her passion and earned her personal training certificate.
Then she earned her spot on the Crunch Fitness personal training team.
“After seeing her train endlessly for months, we encouraged Taylor to pursue a personal training certificate. She was so engaging and exciting; it was truly so impressive and motivating to see her work! Once she was certified, she signed on as a trainer and quickly became a huge part of our training department and the lifeblood of our gym community,” said Lauren Martin, General Manager at Crunch Fitness in Hudson.
Polomarenko’s certification comes in the wake of a new Crunch initiative, The CrunchOne Kickoff, the single most important step to get the results you want that is the beginning of every new membership at Crunch. The CrunchONE Kickoff sets a roadmap for each member to achieve their goals right from the start.
“Something so incredible about Taylor is that she fearlessly trains each and every day. She started her journey with her Crunch trainer, Tim, and built that relationship to work towards her goals. We have had so many positive reviews about her training and personality and frequently members specifically request her. She truly is a ray of sunshine,” said Martin.
The gym is located at 205 Washington Street in Hudson or check out crunchhudson.com.
