FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested and charged an East Boston man on a drug trafficking charge on Monday night, May 17.

Police arrested Carols Santos, 30, 52 White Street of East Boston at Bethany Hill Place.

Framingham Police “received a report of a male in his car shaking for approximately 40 minutes,” at 89 Bethany Road, said Framingham Deputy Policed Chief Sean Riley.

Officers arrived on scene and found “Carlos Santos passed out,” said Deputy Chief Riley.

“Upon further investigation, he had a warrant out of Middlesex Superior Court for firearms charges,” said Deputy Chief Riley.

During the arrest, the officers discovered cocaine in his possession as well as trafficking weight of Fentanyl, just over 10 grams, said Deputy Police Chief Riley.
