FRAMINGHAM – A man wanted by Framingham Police for an attempted murder in connection to a shooting in Framingham on December 29 was arrested in Rhode Island this morning, May 7, reported Framingham Police.

Axel Mercado, 40, was arrested in Pawtucket, RI, thanks to the efforts of Massachusetts State Police VFAS, and the US Marshals, said Framingham Police.
