FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man was arrested on May 5 for driving on a suspended license, second or subsequent charge.

Just after midnight on May 5, a Framingham Police officers observed a vehicle turn from Arthur Street onto Bishop Street a high rate of speed, said the police spokesperson.

Police stopped the vehicle and it was discovered the operator was driving on a suspended driver’s license, said Sgt. Mickens.

Arrested at 12:01 a.m. on Willis Street was Naama Silva, 26, of 95 Bishop Street in Framingham.

Silva was charged with operating a motor vehicle after license was suspended, second or subsequent offense and speeding.
