FRAMINGHAM – Monday was the first day of school for many students in Framingham.

April 5 was the first day of full-time in-person learning for all elementary school students in the district. Families still had the option of staying remote, but only about 15% of elementary families opted to keep their students remote.

Yesterday, Woodrow Wilson Elementary Principal Darlene Pugnali, along with the school’s mascot and staff, made the morning a celebratory one with music.

Superintendent Bob Tremblay, Assistant Superintendent Amy Bright, Fire Chief Michael Dutcher, and School Resource Officer Kathy McGrath were all there to greet students.
