NATICK – Evo P. Castelli, 96 of of Natick, passed away at his home on Tuesday March 23, 2021.

Evo was the first in his family to graduate college.  He obtained a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University and had a career in engineering. 

He was the co-founder, co-owner and co-operator of Screwtron Engineering Inc. in Ashland, a family business of over 50 years that continues to operate today. 

Evo was an avid reader, an accomplished swimmer, and he dabbled in cooking and staying healthy.

Son of the late Adamo and Enrica (Giombetti) Castelli.  Beloved husband of Veronica (Campbell) Castelli.  Devoted father of Paul Castelli and his wife Tina of Framingham.  Loving grandfather of Marco Castelli, Antonio Mele, and one who is on the way.  Brother of Gloria Castelli of Alpine CA, and the late Bruno Castelli, Mary Rustuccia, Tina Stefanini, Alba Finnegan, and Eva Brooks.  Survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Funeral Mass in St. Patrick’s Church, 44 E. Central Street in Natick on Monday April 5, 2021 at 10 a.m., followed by inurnment at St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Natick.
