1 The Framingham Interfaith Community Association has placed one blue flag for each of the victims of COVID-19 during the pandemic on the Framingham Centre Common. There are now 237 flags on the Common. The display will be there until this weekend.

2. The Framingham Traffic Commission will meet tonight at 7.

  • Framingham City Council: Ordinance & Rules Subcommittee at 6 p.m.
  • Team Framingham meeting at 7 p.m.

3. The Framingham Police Department and the Police Advisory Committee will host Middlesex Sheriff Peter J. Koutoujian tonight at 7. He will give a presentation on scam prevention awareness. Sheriff Koutoujian will discuss new and emerging scams targeting resident as well as ways citizens can protect themselves.

4. According to the Mayor’s public schedule, Mayor Yvonne Spicer has no public events today.

5. Framingham State University and Framingham Public Library will host at 7 p.m. its latest Lifelong Learning Lecture — The Victorians and India: From Company Raj to Crown Raj
