FRAMINGHAM – Susan (Sue) Gale passed away peacefully in her home with loved ones present on Monday, February 8, 2021. She was 73 years old and a long-time resident of Framingham.

She smiled often and loved deeply. She listened to her people with all her heart and offered gentle guidance and affection.

She was raised an only child in Belmont by her late parents Francis W Clarke and Mary M Clarke. The bond Sue had with father continued as his presence was felt every single day.

Her best friend and father of her children, Russell W Gale, has fond memories of their over 60-year relationship. His brother, Richard (Sharon) Gale, will always be Sue’s brother.

She will forever be truly missed by her four children Cheryl (Martin) Jones, Charlene (Doug) Locke, Michael Gale and Scott Gale.

Sue had six grandchildren, Madison Gale Laman, Douglas Locke Jr., Kyle Locke, Maya Jones, Isabella Locke and Olivia Jones. They adored her and will never forget their heartfelt connection with her.

She kept her close friends very close, and embraced her family friends with more love and generosity than they thought possible.

A private service will be held at St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Watertown, MA on Saturday February 13, 2021.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Good Shepherd Hospice Community Care. The love and compassion the entire staff at Good Shepherd showed our mother will never be forgotten.

We love you Mum/Mom.

Funeral arrangements under the direction of the Norton Funeral Home in Framingham.
