BOSTON – The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning starting 7 a.m. Monday, February 1.

The warning runs through 5 a.m. Tuesday, February 2.

Framingham Public Schools has already called snow day for Tuesday – the first of the 2020-21 school year.

Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 7 to 15 inches.

Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

Travel could be very difficult to impossible.

The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

Gusty winds could bring down tree branches and cause power outages.
