FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Framingham man at midnight on January 4 on his second operating while under the influence of alcohol (OUI) charge.
Arrested was David Kelly, 54, of 1612 Worcester Road in Framingham. he was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, his second offense, operating a motor vehicle while license suspected, operating a motor vehicle after license suspended for OUI, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
