AAA Northeast Recognized as Employer of Choice

FRAMINGHAM – AAA Northeast has been placing strong emphasis on highlighting its commitment to employees, an inclusive work culture, great benefits, and strong leadership.

These efforts have been recognized with the club being honored with several employer of choice awards in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.

AAA Northeast has an office in Framingham.

Honors received by AAA Northeast to date include:

2020 Best Places to Work RI – Best Places to Work in Rhode Island is a statewide survey and awards program designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Rhode Island, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce, and businesses. The award distinguishes 66 Rhode Island-based organizations based on human resources policies, programs, and the results of a confidential employee survey. The survey gauges an employee’s overall satisfaction with their employer, work environment and culture. The 2020 survey included a segment on employer reactions to how their organization is responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. AAA Northeast is among six recognized companies in the 500-plus employee category.

Top Places to Work in Massachusetts– AAA Northeast ranked as one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts. This award recognizes and ranks 125 organizations based on a statewide employee survey, covering areas such as company culture, values, communication, and innovation. Top Workplaces provided AAA an opportunity to highlight a people-centered culture and celebrate the good.   It provides a great measure of culture and gives employees a voice.

Top 125 Training – AAA Northeast recently learned that for a third consecutive year it will be honored worldwide in Training magazine’s Top 125 Awards for its commitment to employee training and enrichment, including its financial investment, the scope of employee development programs and effectiveness toward goals. Rankings will be announced in the first quarter of 2021. In 2019 AAA Northeast ranked 29^th, moving up from 68^th in 2018.

2020 Healthiest Employers– The Healthiest Employers award recognizes and ranks organizations that lead in corporate wellness programs and demonstrate a continued commitment to employee health and safety. An independent panel of judges selects award recipients based on a 105-question application, requiring applicants to prove the effectiveness of their programs. AAA Northeast ranked 4th among enterprise organizations (1,500+ employees) in Rhode Island and among large organizations in Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Efforts will continue in 2021 as AAA pursues similar top employer awards in New York and New Jersey.
