FRAMINGHAM – An industrial piece of property on Franklin Street, which sold in November, is now available to be leased.

The property at 180 Franklin Street was listed at $925,000 on July 30. It sold for $660,000 on November 2.

Gordon Real Estate in Framingham was the broker’s agent on the deal.

The multi-level building is ideal for warehousing, industrial uses, as well as redevelopment, according to the lease listing.

The “Industrial / Warehouse property comprised of approximately 30,000 square foot main building and 3,000 square foot separate out building,” per the sales listing.

There are two lease listings. One for the 30,0000 square foot space, and one for the smaller space.

The Roberts Co. had been located at 180 Franklin Street. The company distributed mail order catalogues related to fire protection and law enforcement.
