FRAMINGHAM – Police arrested a Framingham man at 3 a.m. on Monday and charged him with operating while under the influence of alcohol among other charges.

Police arrested on Union Avenue Macario Antonio Perez-Hernandez, 23, of 31 Henry Street on November 23.

He was charged with operating a vehicle with no license, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol – his second offense – reckless operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to stay within marked lanes.

“He struck a sign and ran over shrubs,” said Framingham Police Lt. Patricia Grigas.

The vehicle was on the sidewalk, facing the wrong direction, said Lt. Grigas.

He was scheduled to be arraigned in Framingham District Court yesterday.
