FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a man Sunday afternoon, November 22, after he smashed a glass table and a pick up truck windshield.

Police were called to 15 Highland Street yesterday around 4:30 p.m.

Police arrested Hiram Aponte, 23, with no known address at that address.

He was charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle and malicious damage to property valued over $1,200.

Aponte was an invited guest at the address, said the police spokesperson.

“When asked to leave, became agitated (appeared intoxicated) smashed a table,” said Framingham Police Lt. Patricia Grigas.

He “broke a glass table, valued at $1,500,” said Lt. Grigas.

“When Hiram went out of the residence, he reportedly used a concrete block to smash the windshield and dent the hood of her Ford pickup truck,” said Lt. Grigas.

He was scheduled to be arraigned in Framingham District Court today, November 23, on the charges.
