This $12.4 million contract involves the construction of 2.4 miles of rail trail and includes a grade-separated crossing at Route 30, as well as replacement of the CSX Bridge over Route 9.

Natick plans to open its section in 2021.

MassDOT announced the shut down of the road last week. The installation was delayed a day due to a rain & wind storm.

Natick Public Works Department, MAS Building & Bridge, Inc., BETA Group, Inc., Astro Crane – MA Hydraulic Crane Rental and Framingham Police were on site for the installation.
