NATICK – The Town of Natick is advertising for an Assistant Director of Finance, at a salary range of $80,000 to $92,000.

Reporting to the Deputy Town Administrator/Finance, the Assistant Director of Finance is a key member of the Town’s Finance Team. 

The candidate must have a complete understanding and knowledge of municipal budgeting, advanced Excel and Power Point skills, grant writing, and general knowledge of finance administration.

Candidates for the position must have had a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of work experience in municipal finance or related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
