Solar Farm in Framingham Sells For $1.95 Million

FRAMINGHAM – Metrowest Commercial Real Estate announced it is has successfully completed the sale of a 840 kW Solar Farm on 3.21 industrial zoned acres for $1.95 million.

The property is located on Route 135 at 721 Waverly Street.

Marlene Aron, the lead broker for the transaction, will represent the new owners who will operate the solar farm and build a 100,000 square foot industrial building on the site.

Aron will handle the leasing for the new building that is expected to be ready for occupancy by the fourth quarter of 2021.

The existing solar panels will be placed on top of the new building after its construction.
