Another sale was a 3-story Victorian office building at 64 Lexington Street for $295,000 to an investor completing a 1031 tax deferred exchange.

The third was the sale of a two-family home at 159-161 Walnut Street for $495,000 that was purchased with FHA financing.

Tully Stoll said “Despite the pandemic, we’re seeing a robust commercial real estate market. Financing continues to be available and we are working on three large pending Framingham sales; the former Marian High School, the former Angry Ham’s Restaurant site and three contiguous lots in the Central Business District as well as numerous other projects.”
