FRAMINGHAM – Since Wednesday, the City of Framingham announced 26 residents have tested positive for COVID-19, which means 43 news cases of the virus this week.

Since the pandemic, there have been 134 deaths, as the City announced a new death today.

The state has designated Framingham as a high-risk community for COVID-19 community.

Framingham has had a total of 2,227 coronavirus cases since the pandemic began.

The good news is 1,962 individuals have recovered.

Active cases in the City of Framingham have increased from 122 to 131.

As of today, there are 86 individual in quarantine.
