FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham License Commission voted unanimously tonight, September 14, to have Samba Steak & Sushi to lose its all-alcohol license for two weeks.

As it is the 5th violation, and within 2 years of the 4th violation, the restaurant will immediately lose its all-alcohol license for 14 days. The penalty could start tomorrow, Tuesday, September 15.

The 5th violation also comes with a $2,500 fine and for 30 days to be held in abeyance to be served if a 6th violation is voted on by the City of Framingham. The 30 days will be held over the restaurant for 2 years.

SOURCE will update this report with more details later.
