FRAMINGHAM – Marcus V. de Oliveira, 59, of Framingham died Friday September 4, 2020 at MetroWest Medical Center.

He was the husband of  Mariuza A. Oliveira for the past 40 years. He was born, raised and educated in Governador Valadares, Minas Gerais, Brazil the son of the late Joaquim and Dea (Ferraz) de Oliveira. 

Marcus co-owned and operated MSA Cleaning Services with his wife for many years. He also worked for many years as a tile installer. He enjoyed fishing and helping others. He will be remembered for his loyalty, honesty and his great sense of humor. 

Marcus leaves his son, Marcus V. Oliveira of San Francisco, California; two daughters, Amanda A. Oliveira of Millbury and Sarah P. Oliveira of Austin, Texas; a brother Joaquim de Oliveira of Framingham; five sisters, Rita Ferreira of Fort Meyers, Florida, Alcione Ribeiro, Heloiza de Oliveira, Luciene Rocha and Cristiane Araujo all of Governador Valadares, MG, Brazil; three grandchildren, Lianna Marie Colon, David Mercado III, Maximus Marcus Mercado and and soon to be born, Penelope Mary Oliveira.

A graveside service will be held Friday September 11 at 10 a.m. in Edgell Grove Cemetery, Framingham. 

Calling hours will be held Thursday September 10 from 6:30-8:30 pm in the Collins Funeral Home (www.CollinsFuneral.com), 378 Lincoln Street, Marlborough.
