FRAMINGHAM – The Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest (BGCMW) is adapting to the changes of 2020 and holding its 15th Annual Bids for Kids Auction & Gala virtually on November 5 virtually.
Although it was a hard decision to make, deciding early to make the gala a virtual event has given ample time to create an exciting night for their community of supporters. This year the event will deviate from the traditional structure of Gala and be interactive and engaging despite attendees being at home in front of a computer. This year’s gala will include musical entertainment, raffles,
and more participation from Club kids, alumni, and staff.

In addition to some of the fun elements, it is traditional to honor one individual and one corporation for their outstanding commitment to the organization: Avidia Bank will be the recipient of the 2020 Corporate Partner for Youth Award; and State Senator Jamie Eldridge of the Middlesex and Worcester Districts, is the recipient of the 2020 Michael C. Sullivan Memorial Award.
You won’t want to miss this very special virtual experience. Dress up or dress down. Pour yourself a cocktail or a mocktail. On this special night, the MetroWest community will come together to celebrate and support the Club kids.
