FRAMINGHAM – Since Friday, the City of Framingham announced 32 more residents have tested positive for COVID-19.

The City announced three more deaths today. Since the pandemic, there have been 128 deaths in the City of Framingham.

The state has designated Framingham as a high-risk community for COVID-19 community last month. 8.0 is the mark that designates a community as high-risk. Framingham is at 10.9 per cases per day.

Framingham is 12th in the state with Coronavirus cases at 2,063.

And is 6th in the state over the last 14 days with an infection rate of 3.46%. The state is expected to release a new rating tonight, September 9.

The good news is 1,840 individuals have recovered.

There re 95 active cases in the City. In addition to the active cases, the Framingham Health Department increased from 69 residents in on Monday to 95 on Wednesday to 166 today, last Friday.

As of today, there are 92 individual in quarantine.
