FRAMINGHAM – Latinx Heritage Month or National Hispanic Heritage Month starts Sept 15 and runs through October 15.

Hispanic Heritage Month recognizes and celebrates the contributions Americans tracing their roots to Spain, Mexico, Central America, South American and the Spanish-speaking nations of the Caribbean have made to American society and culture.

On Wednesday, September 9 at 4:30 p.m., Framingham State University will host a panel discussion with Latinx leaderson its campus.

Speakers will include President Javier Cevallos, Vice President of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Connie Cabello, Interim Dean of the Library at Framingham State University Millie Gonzalez , FSU Sociology Professor Patricia Sanchez Connally, and others.
