HOLLISTON – Adam R. Parmenter, 47, of Boston and formerly of Holliston, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, July 30, 2020.

Born in Framingham, he was the son of Robert Parmenter of Framingham and Linda (Taft) Hagopian of Byron, GA. 

Adam fought the demons of addiction for over 30 years and now rests peacefully. 

Besides his parents, he is survived by six siblings, Todd Parmenter and his wife, Maria of N. Oxford, MA, Robin Lianos and her husband, Stephanos of Warner Robins, GA, Rick Hagopian of Framingham, Jefferey Hagopian and his wife, Anni of Germany, and Robert and Brian Parmenter. He also leaves behind his paternal grandparents, Norman and Norma Parmenter of Framingham as well as many nieces and nephews. 

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 6 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Cemetery of Holliston. Due to current restrictions, facial coverings must be worn and social distancing must be adhered to.

A mass in Adam’s name will be said at St. Mary’s Church on Tuesday, August 25 at 9:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations are kindly welcome to support the family in paying towards the service and can be sent to Linda Hagopian, Chesmore Funeral Home, 854 Washington St. Holliston, MA 01746. or to a charity of one’s choice.
