FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Marlborough woman at Arthur and Concord streets at 11 p.m. on July 6 and charged her with prostitution.
Arrested was Sheila Salazar, 20, of 72 Rice Street in Marlborough. She was charged with sex-prostitution, sexual conduct for a fee.
