Framingham Man Arrested After Rollover Crash at Routes 9/126

FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man was arrested at the scene of a rollover crash Sunday night at the interesection of Routes 9 and 126.

The arrest was at 10:28 p.m. Arrested was Oscar Yojero-Curruchich, 28, of 7 Columbia Street in Framingham.

He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with no license, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to stay within marked lanes.

He was scheduled to be arraigned via video conference.

There were no injuries with the crash, said Lt. Grigas.
