ASHLAND – The Town of Ashland announced the community center will re-open for appointments only starting on June 1.

There will be no programs or social gatherings at the center, at this time, due to the pandemic.

The Center had been closed since March due to the coronavirus.

Ashland’s Elder Services department operates out of the community center on Route 135.

The Town of Ashland requested residents use the online services rather than making an appointment, if possible, still.

Please call the Community Center at 508-881-0140 to schedule an appointment with the needed service’s office.

Visitors will be asked pre-screening questions at the time they book an appointment.

Visitors who come by without an appointment, are asked to remain in their vehicles and call before entering.

All appointments will be logged by staff in a “Visitor’s Log”.

Use the hand sanitizer station outside the building before entering. Please, follow all posted social distancing and hygiene standards when using the building.

Wear face-coverings (unless there is a preexisting medical condition) and utilize the hand sanitizer stations throughout the building as well.

Please, enter the Community Center’s main entrance. All doors will be locked. Please ring the doorbell at the time of your appointment, and staff will let you into the building.
