FRAMINGHAM – Isolation is difficult, especially for those who aren’t used to being at home all the time.

“Here’s what we know for sure, during times like these it is critical for us to take care of ourselves and those around us,” said the organization She’s Local, which is hosting this 30-minute communication in challenging times session on Wednesday, April 29.

She’s Local’s “mission is to provide accessible platforms for all women in local communities. Offering world-class conferences, highlighting local women & resources.”

She’s Local, during this coronavirus pandemic, is hosting FREE 30-minute check-in “lunch-time boosts” at noon for its network of local women.

Boost topics will include tips and tricks to stay motivated and focused, how to successfully pivot, and reminders for finding joy in our rapidly changing world.

“As is our mission, we want to provide a safe, accessible, positive/judgment-free space for the women we serve,” said She’s Local.

“Loneliness can be overwhelming. And it helps to know that there are others feeling the same as you, with the same struggles. Isolation can make us feel unproductive, distracted, or just out-of-sorts.These consequences can be hard to overcome by ourselves,” said the organization.

The deadline to register for this week’s session on April 29 at noon is Tuesday, April 28 at 5 p.m.
