Virtual Fundraiser Wednesday For Daniel’s Table

FRAMINGHAM – Residents of Framingham are coming together – socially distantly, of course – to hold a fundraiser for Daniel’s Table on Wednesday, April 1. 

The virtual fundraiser will start at 4:30 p.m. at https://zoom.us/j/950871117. The Zoom feed will also be shown on Facebook Live. 

Senate President Karen E. Spilka will provide a special greeting.

Rick McKenna will play music throughout the evening. 

Daniel’s Table is on the front lines trying to make this time of crisis as bearable as possible for those in need.

Last week, they set-up a phone bank staffed with volunteers ready to assist those in need. They have increased their food production to meet the growing demand. 

The event host committee encourages people to virtually join on Wednesday, and if their means allow, chip in money to help Daniel’s Table. 

Daniel’s Table was founded by Alicia and David Blais. Their mission is to create a sense of food security in Framingham.
