Police Arrest Framingham Teen on Motor Vehicle Charges, Including Texting While Driving

FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Framingham man on Friday afternoon, February 21, on motor vehicle charges, including texting while driving.

Police arrested at 120 Worcester Road at 3:44 p.m. Daniel Farias, 19, of 50 Dinsmore Avenue of Framingham.

He was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license and motor vehicle electronic message send/receive (texting while driving).
