NATICK – Authorities today released the name of the Natick man, 52, killed by the communter rail train on Monday, February 13.

Joseph Franciose was identified as the person who died.

The Middlesex District Attorney’s Office said authorities responded to East Central Street near the Natick/Wellesley town line shortly after 4:20 p.m.

Police discovered Franciose near the tracks ,and pronounced him dead.

The DA’s Office said today, February 15, authorities believe Franciose was hit shortly before they responded.
