FRAMINGHAM – Police have made an arrest after a vehicle was broken into on Winthrop Street.

On Friday, January 13, Police arrested Robert Lacroix, 30, with no known address in Framingham.

He was charged with receiving stolen property ($1,200) and improper use of a credit card under $1,200.

“A motor vehicle was broken into overnight at 135 Winthrop Street,” said Framingham Police Lt. Rachel Mickens. “Credit cards, cash and a cell phone were taken.  The cards were used at the Auto Bright on Hollis Street, in the morning.”

Police Officers were able to identify LaCroix as the suspect, said Lt. Mickens.

He was located a few hours later and found in possession the stolen cards, said Lt. Mickens.
