After the ceremony, the dogs and their owners got to enjoy the park and also to attend the dog fair sponsored by FramBark along the shore of Fram Pond.
Framingham Police K9 Isco unit made his public debut at the event. Isco and his handler, Officer Matt Mangano, just completed the Patrol K9 Handlers Course held at the Boston Police K9 Academy and next month will attend a Narcotics detection class.
