FRAMINGHAM – Seeking to champion the potential of young girls and teens in the City, a coalition of Framingham women will hold a celebration event on Sunday, July 17, 2022.
The goal of the event is to provide “She Can Do Anything” role models and speakers in an outdoor event and to mentor Framingham young girls & teens.
Inspired by the goals of Mrs. Framingham Day in July 2021 to empower and mentor young girls, the event will feature speakers, music, & mentorship.
Organizers include City of Framingham First Lady Robin Kaye, Mrs. Massachusetts International Cynthia Blanc Preiss MacLean of Framingham, Framingham School Committee Chair Priscila Sousa, Framingham at-large City Councilor Janet Leombruno, SOURCE publisher/editor Susan Scully Petroni, Former Framingham High, Cameron Middle & Potter Road PTO President and current Governor’s Latino Advisory Commission member Nancy Novo O’Connor, and Framingham Disability Commission Chair Sheryl Goldstein.

The mission is to empower the diverse girls of Framingham to become tomorrow’s women leaders, who continue to shatter the glass ceiling. Women create change and this event will showcase how the next generation can create change. The dreams of the girls in Framingham can become tomorrow’s reality.
The event will be free to all attendees.
