FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Framingham man on a drunk driving charge early Monday morning, January 17.

A patrol officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on Arlington Street at 1:56 a.m..

“The operator had a suspended license and after a brief investigation was found to be under the influence of alcohol,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

Police arrested at 2:25 a.m. Luis Vincente Caguana, 31, of 173 Arlington Street of Framingham.

He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with an open container of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle on a suspended driver’s license and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
