FRAMINGHAM – Police officers arrested a Framingham man on a drunk driving and other motor vehicle charges early Monday morning, January 17.

“An officer on patrol observed traffic violations and attempted to conduct a motor vehicle stop,” said Framingham Police Lt. Rachel Mickens. “The operator did not immediately pull over.  Once the stopped the officer determined Felipe was under the influence of alcohol and operating on a suspended license.”

Arrested at 1:10 a.m. at Concord Street and Thelma Road was Alexander Ramos Felipe, 22, of 64 Hollis Street of Framingham.

Felipe was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle after license suspended, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, and failure to stay within marked lanes.
