This will be a fun event for the neighborhood, she told SOURCE

She said the event encourages individuals to:

  1. Walk
  2. Socialize, while keeping “Social Distance”
  3. Creating their own “Homemade Bonnet (Hat)
  4. Give those not walking something to watch
  5. And is just something fun and different.

“It is like a parade but it isn’t since the strollers are starting from their own home, strolling along familiar streets and ending up back at their own home,” said Todd.

There is no gathering for a start point or end point, said Todd.

“Hopefully my husband, Larry Todd, will be playing his Banjo in our front yard,” added Todd.
