FRAMINGHAM – Police arrested a Framingham man, just after midnight on Friday, December 17.

Police arrested at 137 Winthrop Street at 12:30 a.m. Anthony Roache, 31, with no known address in Framingham. He was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and malicious destruction of property under $1,200.

“Roache struck an acquaintance with a bat causing injuries,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

Roache “also damaged a fence during the incident,” she said.
