Framingham Man, 61, Arrested on Drug Charges

FRAMINGHAM – Police arrested a Framingham man on drug charges Wednesday morning, December 15.

“An officer observed what appeared to be a drug transaction,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

The incident happened at Naples and Saucier streets at 9:33 a.m.

The officer arrested Issac Hernandez, 61, of 85 Bethany Road of Framingham.

He was charged with possession of a Class A drug (subsequent offense) and possession of a Class B drug (subsequent offense.)

“Hernandez was found to be in possession of a bag of heroin and a bag of cocaine,” said Lt. Mickens.
