FRAMINGHAM – Massachusetts’s average gas price is up 1 cent from last week ($3.40), averaging $3.41 per gallon, according to AAA Northeast, which has an office in Framingham.
Today’s price is 18 cents higher than a month ago ($3.23), and $1.34 higher than November 15, 2020 ($2.07).
Massachusetts’s average gas price is the same as the national average
“A slight dip in gas demand, possibly due to seasonal driving habit changes, is contributing to some price relief at the pump,” says Mary Maguire, Director of Public/Government Affairs, in a press release. “Unfortunately, the ongoing tight supply of crude oil will likely keep gas prices fluctuating, instead of dropping, for some time.”
