UPDATED: Framingham Police Arrest Man on Sexual Assault & Battery Charge

FRAMINGHAM – Police officers arrested a Sutton man on indecent sexual assault & battery charge at 5:52 a.m. on Sunday, September 26.

Police were called to the Red Roof Inn at 650 Cochituate Road for a report of an assault at 4:49 a.m.

Officer then arrested Daniel Jackson-Brennan, 22, of 90 Ariel Circle of Sutton. He was charged with indecent sexual assault & battery on a person over age 14.

Jackson-Brennan was staying at the Red Roof Inn, said Police.

He is “accused of touching the breast of a female in her 20’s,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

The victim and Jackson-Brennan are known to each other, said police.
