1 The Framingham Farmers’ market is open today from noon to 5:30 p.m. on the Framingham Centre Common. The Cousins Lobster truck is expected to be there.
2. Today starts the Fiscal year 20222. On Tuesday, Mayor Yvonne Spicer signed the City’s Fiscal year 2022 budget The $305.9 million budget has a zero tax levy increase, as City Councilors cut $1.5 million from the mayor’s proposed budget. The budget eliminates the salary for the City’s Planning & Community Development Director Kevin Shea.

3. The storm last night dropped the triple-digit temperatures in Framingham, some may still wish to visit the City’s beaches which are free to residents. Two of the three beaches are open for swimming today.
4. CITY of FRAMINGHAM MEETINGS:
- Framingham Planning Board meets at 7 p.m. On the agenda is a proposal for a solar canopy at St. Andrew’s Church.
5. According to Mayor Yvonne Spicer’s public schedule she has no public events today.
